Yes, you have the flexibility to upgrade or downgrade your mentoring package. Please contact our support team, and they will assist you with the necessary changes.

While we consider your preferences, our matching process is designed to pair you with the most suitable mentor based on your goals, expertise required, and availability. We ensure you receive the best mentoring experience possible.

Each mentoring session lasts for 60 minutes, you have the option to book back-to-back sessions with your Agile Mentor, allowing ample time for in-depth discussions and guidance on Agile topics.

The mentoring sessions are conducted virtually, primarily through video calls or audio calls, based on your preference. We use communication tools such as Zoom, MS-Teams, or Google Meet, to ensure seamless communication.

Yes, all mentoring sessions are one-on-one. You will have dedicated time with your Agile mentor to discuss your specific needs and challenges.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a mentoring session, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session may be subject to a cancellation fee.

The Standard Package is a pay-as-you-go option without any minimum commitment. However, the Premium and Epic Packages require a minimum commitment of one month to ensure a more comprehensive and impactful mentoring experience.

We strive to provide a valuable and fulfilling mentoring experience. If you are unsatisfied, please reach out to our support team, and we will work towards a suitable resolution. However, refunds are subject to our refund policy.

If, for any reason, you feel the need to switch mentors, please contact our support team. We will assess your situation and make necessary arrangements to ensure you receive the best mentoring support.

The Premium and Epic Packages offer unlimited email support, allowing you to reach out to your mentor for guidance and support between sessions. The Standard Package includes up to 2 email exchanges per booked session.
